Qilin V1 Mainnet Bug Bounty
Following our V1 mainnet launch on June 4th, Qilin initiates its long-term Bug Bounty Program. We invite the public to test our product and report any bugs you find to earn a Qilin NFT reward!
Let’s walk through how you can participate and what we are looking for.
How do I become a Qilin Bug Hunter?
You can participate in 4 simple steps:
Step 1: Get on Qilin mainnet page;
Step 2: Use the product (access via top right “App Beta” button);
Step 3: Report any bugs you find using our Google Form;
Step 4: Join our Telegram or Discord for updates.
What kind of bug we are looking for.
There are 3 categories of bugs: high, medium, and low, classified based on the level of systematic risks they pose.
Below are some examples:
High
- Bugs which can lead to the loss of user assets.
Medium
- Important functions that are not implemented or fail to execute;
- Secondary functions that are not executed normally;
- Defects that damage UX;
- Data display errors.
Low
- Interface and instruction irregularities;
- Ambivalent auxiliary descriptions;
- Literal errors;
- Interactive experience problems.
How to report a bug?
Please submit any bugs you find using our Google Form.
A good bug report should include:
- A detailed description of the issue;
- Screenshot or sample code (if relevant).
Rewards?
There are 3 different levels of NFTs set up as rewards - Legendary, Rare and Common.
We will regularly announce the list of winners.
Rules
- If the same bug is reported more than once, only the first reported will be considered as eligible;
- The Qilin team has total discretion on what level (high, medium, or low) a bug is, and whether an issue is actually a bug or not.
